Notice that "League Handicaps" are included. It's not your GHIN.
It's calculated as follows:
=SUM(108-B4)-72 <-- the Excel formula
This states that it is the sum of "108" minus "quota" then minus "72" <-- 71 for Gold
"108" is Par 72 plus 36 points (36=2 points for each of the 18 holes)
"Quota" is your league quota.
"B4" is James Ernst quota in the spreadsheet for use in this example.
Minus 72 is "White" tee course par or minus 71 for "Gold" tee course par.
