I don't really see a need for this one. We already have the opportunity every year to vote for new officers. I'm particularly concerned about the Secretary/Treasurer position. It's a demanding job and not so easy to find someone willing and able to do it. If we have someone in the position doing a good job and willing to continue, I don't think it would be in the Association's best interest to force them out.
Term limit isn't necessary. Nor do I think there is enough interest in being an officer.
